Secondly, the development of the textile and garment industry is the need for structural adjustment. The economic structure of Henan is leaner, focusing on the energy and raw materials industry and equipment manufacturing industry. In terms of the overall economic layout, although the textile and garment industry is one of the pillar industries, it is not strong enough and not big enough.
